In celebration of National Recovery Month, the Recovery Institute, ASK Family Services, and other community orgs are hosting the 8th Annual Wellness and Recovery Festival. This event is for the entire community and has been created by peers, for peers, regardless of recovery status. Our goal is to raise awareness and diminish stigma around mental health and addiction recovery. This is also an opportunity to highlight the mental health and addiction recovery resources available to the community. Join us in celebrating that recovery is happening in Kalamazoo! The festival will have a multitude of sponsors, booths, local vendors, and artists in recovery showcasing their work. There will be local food trucks, non-alcoholic beverage vendors, arts and crafts, child care, live music and so much more! This event is open to the public and free of charge to those attending.
